Woman in Handcuffs Makes Compelling Argument About Why She’s Not a Threat
By police code, there are only a few circumstances in which the police are supposed to be allowed to put you in handcuffs. In practice, this means it’s up to their discretion — which, as we all know, can be a bit faulty.
To summarize, police are only supposed to put you in handcuffs if they’re executing a search warrant, if they believe you’re a flight risk, if they’re arresting you or if the officers feel that their safety is in danger.
But if that’s true, why is this lady locked up?
In the video below, a woman, who is in handcuffs, explains all of the reasons why she’s not really a threat and deserves to be let go. However, unlike other videos of this nature, she actually makes some decent points, and by the end, she’s able to go free. Good for her.
