These really provide a different perspective of the past. We have a tendency to think of ,a href="https://www.ebaumsworld.com/pictures/15-history-facts-to-blow-your-mind/86331623/" target="_blank">history as a static moment in time, forgetting that history is first *lived,* then recorded. There were infinite moments that led up to that one picture you've seen a thousand times, and there are also a thousand pictures you've never seen before. It's fascinating stuff!
